The questions we actually get, answered straight
How we run every engagement, in plain terms. If anything here does not match what we told you, ask us and we will fix it.
We build and run back-office systems for insurance brokers and MGAs. The phones after hours, the book between renewals, the submission pile, the certificates. The work that piles up because everyone is busy. We find what the manual work costs you first, then build the system that does it, then stay to run it.
No. We sell delivered systems, not AI. Some of what we build uses modern models because that is the cheapest way to do the job. What you buy is the work disappearing, billed monthly. We use whatever does the job cheapest.
A monthly retainer, scoped before anything starts. No build fees, no surprise invoices, no hourly billing. Engagements start at $10,000/mo. If that's more than the job is worth, we'll say so on the first call. Engagements open with a fixed-fee look at your own numbers: we go through your book, your submission pile, or your client files, and show you what the gaps cost. Ten business days, credited in full against the first month.
First system live in six weeks, tuned after that. Six-month minimum so we can stand behind the numbers, then month-to-month.
Consultants hand you recommendations. We hand you something running. IT keeps the lights on; we build the systems the business still does by hand, and we stay to run them.
In systems you control. Models run under zero-retention agreements: processed, never stored, never trained on. Every engagement, no exceptions.
Client PII and policy data stay inside your walls, under named access, destroyed with a certificate at offboarding. We sign your engagement letter's confidentiality terms.
For brokers: Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx, Outlook. For MGAs: Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, Outlook, Thomson Reuters. If yours is not on the list, we have likely not worked with it yet; we will tell you straight on the first call whether that matters.
Retainers start at $10,000/mo for the full shop and scope down from there depending on how many systems you want running. The fixed-fee look at your numbers comes first at a fraction of that, credited in full if you continue. For scale: one reclaimed producer day a week is worth more than the retainer.
When the numbers stop justifying it. You get a report every month with numbers on it, and the report tells you when to stop. We will say so first. The report shows what each system did that month, so the keep-or-stop call is yours, with numbers.
Nothing. Tell us the job in plain language. We come back within one business day with a straight answer: buildable or not, what it takes, when it runs.
You describe the job in three sentences. We say whether we can do it, what it takes, and when it runs. No discovery phase, no paid assessment. If you do not need us, we will tell you that on the call.
Insurance brokers and MGAs doing the work of five people with three. If your workload grew and your headcount didn't, that is who we built this for.
Ask it in plain language. Straight answer within one business day.
